Gavilimomab Antibody
Gavilimomab (ABX-CBL) is a murine IgM monoclonal antibody targeting CD147, used for glucocorticoid-resistant graft-versus-host disease. It functions by modulating immune responses through CD147 binding. Research applications include in vitro T-cell inhibition assays and in vivo GVHD models, relevant to immunology and transplant research.
