Elosulfase alfa Antibody
Elosulfase alfa (BMN 110) is a recombinant human N-acetylgalactosamine-6-sulfatase (GALNS) employed as enzyme replacement therapy for mucopolysaccharidosis IVA (Morquio A syndrome) . It facilitates glycosaminoglycan degradation and is used in lysosomal storage disorder research, including in vitro cellular studies and in vivo animal models to assess enzyme activity and treatment outcomes.
