L-β-Ethynylserine
L-β-ethynylserine (βES) is a threonine analog. L-β-ethynylserine is efficiently incorporated into newly synthesized proteins, and allows their selective visualization or enrichment through bioorthogonal ligation to fluorescent dyes or affinity tags, respectively[1].
