ExoBriteTM CD81 Western Antibody is optimized for detection of the exosome marker CD81 in isolated EV extracts by near-IR (NIR) fluorescent WB. ExoBriteTM Western 770/800 conjugates have Ex/Em at 770/797 nm for detection in the 800 nm channel. Supplied as 250 uL of 100 ug/mL for 25 mini-blots.
