ExoBriteTM CD81 Western Antibody is optimized for detection of the exosome marker CD81 in isolated EV extracts by near-IR (NIR) fluorescent WB. ExoBriteTM Western 680/700 conjugates have Ex/Em at 681/698 nm for detection in the 700 nm channel. Supplied as 1 mL of 100 ug/mL for 100 mini-blots.
