P73 (Tumor Suppressor) (P73/2531), 1mg/mL
P73 shares considerable sequence similarity with the widely-studied tumor suppressor gene p53. The p73 gene maps to a region in chromosome 1 that is frequently deleted in neuroblastomas. However, unlike p53, p73 does not appear to be activated by DNA damaging agents. Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF® Dyes and other labels. CF® Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.
