Vonsetamig is a humanized IgG4κ bispecific antibody targeting TNFRSF17 (BCMA) and CD3E. It functions as an antineoplastic agent by redirecting T-cells to BCMA-expressing multiple myeloma cells, enabling its study in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo xenograft models for cancer immunotherapy research.
