Dafsolimab Antibody
Dafsolimab (SPV-T3a) is an anti-CD3 murine IgG2a monoclonal antibody used in research. It modulates the CD3/TCR complex to induce T cell death and is applied in studies of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), including in vitro T cell depletion assays and in vivo mouse models of transplantation immunology.
