Cedelizumab (RWJ 49004) is an immunosuppressive IgG4 monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the CD4 antigen. It has been utilized in research to investigate mechanisms of T-cell inhibition and has shown application in studies of autoimmune disease models, both in vitro and in vivo.
