Specificity
By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with rabbit IgG and with light chains common to other rabbit immunoglobulins. Reactivity with non- immunoglobulin serum proteins is not detected. This antibody may cross-react with IgG from other species.
