Tri-GalNAc biotin
Tri-GalNAc biotin is a biotinylated ASGPR (Asialoglycoprotein receptor) ligand. tri-GalNAc biotin promotes cellular uptake of neutravidin (NA) via ASGPR. tri-GalNAc biotin delivers neutravidin to lysosomes for degradation. tri-GalNAc biotin can be used for research of LYsosome TArgeting Chimera (LYTAC) [1].
