Gentiside B has neuritogenic activity and induce neurite outgrowth. Gentiside B can be isolated from the root and rhizome of Gentiana rigescens. Gentiana has hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiproliferative and antimicrobial effects[1][2][3].
