ND1-YL2
ND1-YL2 is a PROTAC that selectively degrades SRC-1 via the N-degron pathway. ND1-YL2 significantly inhibits cancer invasion and migration in vitro and in vivo. ND1-YL2 can be used in cancer research[1].
