Z-ATAD-FMK is an inhibitor of caspase-12. Z-ATAD-FMK is an inhibitor of caspase-12. Z-ATAD-FMK prevents endoplasmic reticulum stress-mediated apoptosis by inhibiting the activity of caspase-12 and reducing the activity of caspase-9[1].
