Mouse Anti-Rat CD144 Monoclonal Antibody (EX038)
vascular endothelial (VE)-cadherin (CD144) is considered to be specific markers of endothelial cells after hematopoiesis. It has been found that soluble E-cadherin (sE-cad), which is highly expressed in malignant ascites of patients with ovarian cancer, is an effective angiogenesis inducer and is released in exosome form. In mechanism, sE-cad positive exosomes heterodimerize with CD144 on endothelial cells and transmit a new sequence activation β-catenin and NFκB signaling. These data facilitate our understanding of the molecular regulation of angiogenesis in ovarian cancer.
