3-epi-Resibufogenin (compound 2) is an anticancer agent that can be produced by biotransformation of Resibufogenin from Actinomucor elegans AS 3.2778. 3-epi-Resibufogenin exhibits cytotoxicity against cancer cells with IC50 values of 42.5 μM (A549) and 48.4 μM (H1299), respectively[1].
