Amorfrutin A
Amorfrutin A is the inhibition of NF-κB activation, that inhibits TNF-α-induced IκBα degradation, p65 nuclear translocation, and DNA-binding activity. Amorfrutin A promotes TNF-α-induced apoptosis in HeLa cell through promotion of caspase-3 and PARP proteolysis[1].
