Abatacept Antibody
Abatacept is a recombinant fusion protein that modulates T-cell co-stimulation by combining the extracellular CTLA-4 domain with an IgG1 Fc fragment. It is widely used in autoimmune disease research, including in vitro T-cell activation assays and in vivo models of rheumatoid arthritis and transplant rejection.
