Dupilumab (REGN-668) is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting the IL-4 receptor alpha subunit, thereby blocking IL-4 and IL-13 signaling. It is widely used in research models of atopic dermatitis and other type 2 inflammatory diseases to investigate therapeutic mechanisms in both in vitro and in vivo settings.
