Sintilimab Antibody
Sintilimab (IBI308) is a humanized IgG4 anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody that blocks PD-1/PD-L1/2 interactions to restore anti-tumor T-cell activity. It is used clinically in combination therapies for cancers including classical Hodgkin's lymphoma, non-small cell lung cancer, and esophageal carcinoma, and is widely applied in immuno-oncology research for in vitro and in vivo experimental studies.
