Anti-hCG Antibody
Anti-hCG Antibody recognizes the alpha subunit of hCG (chorionic gonadotropin) . hCG is a hormone produced by the placenta after conception. Studies have shown that some cancerous tumors may secrete hCG hormones, thus indicating that if there is elevated levels of hCG when the patient is not pregnant may be associated with cancer diagnosis.
