Cluster of Differentiation 4 (CD4) is a membrane glycoprotein expressed in T helper cells, monocytes, macrophages, granulocytes, and dendritic cells, and is a receptor of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) . CD4 staining is used for identifying lymphoproliferative disorders.
