Anti-IDO1 Antibody
Anti-IDO1 Antibody is developed to detect for the presence of the heme-containing enzyme, human Indoleamine 2, 3-dioxygenase (IDO1) . The enzyme functions to catalyze the essential amino acid tryptophan to N-formyl-kynurenine, and is active in antimicrobial and antitumor defense, neuropathology, immunoregulation, and antioxidant activities. IDO1 has been associated with pathophysiological processes and is a target for study in immunopathology.
