Rhizocticin A
Rhizocticin A is an antifungal phosphono-oligopeptide against Ascodesmis, Plicaria, Rhizoctonia with MIC of 3.5 μg/mL. Rhizocticin A produces toxic L-2-Amino-5-phospho-3-cis-pentenoic acid (L-APPA), which may interfere with cell metabolism[1].
