IGF2R, Human (HEK293, hFc)

IGF2R proteins coordinate cellular processes by transporting phosphorylated lysosomal enzymes from the Golgi complex to lysosomes. Lysosomal enzymes with phosphomannosyl residues bind to mannose-6-phosphate receptors in the Golgi apparatus, form complexes, and transport to the acidic prelysosomal compartment.
