Photoclick sphingosine
Photoclick sphingosine (Pacsph) is a photosensitizing and clickable sphingosine analog. Photoclick sphingosine is metabolized in cells into endogenous lipid metabolic pathways and can be visualized by its clickable alkyne group. Photoclick sphingosine can be used to study intracellular sphingolipid metabolism and subcellular localization[1].
