Nor-NOHA is a selective and reversible arginase inhibitor. nor-NOHA induces apoptosis in ARG2-expressing cells under hypoxia. nor-NOHA has anti-leukemic activity. nor-NOHA can used in study of endothelial dysfunction, immunosuppression and metabolism[1][2].
