Ent-Avibactam (sodium)
Ent-Avibactam sodium (AVE1330A) is a β-lactamase inhibitor with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. When combined with Cefazidime (HY-B0593), ent-Avibactam sodium exhibits significant inhibitory effects on Enterobacteriaceae bacteria that produce Ambler A and C types of β-lactamases. The IC50 value of ent-Avibactam sodium is much lower than that of commonly used β-lactamase inhibitors Clavulanic acid (HY-A0256) and Ticarcillin (HY-139805), demonstrating its high efficiency in inhibiting TEM-1 and P99 enzymes[1].
