Saquayamycin B
Saquayamycin B (compound 3) is a new angucycline antibiotic. Saquayamycin B has antitumor activities against a human lung (H-460) and a human breast cancer cell line (MCF-7) with GI50 values of 12.2 and 15.2 µM respectively [1].
