KW-7158 is a putative afferent nerve inhibitor that can depress vesica-vascular reflexes in rats. KW-7158 is an inhibitor of nucleoside transporter-1 (ENT1/SLC29A1) and acts as an antagonist for overactive bladder (OAB) [1][2].
