Chickens were immunized with highly purified normal mouse IgG in Freund’s adjuvant. Eggs were collected, the IgY fraction prepared and the anti-mouse IgG antibodies immunoaffinity purified from an IgG immunoabsorbant. The antibodies were conjugated with HRP.
