K-Ras-PDEδ-IN-1 is a novel and potent competitive K-Ras-PDEδ inhibitor. K-Ras-PDEδ-IN-1 binds to the farnesyl binding pocket of PDEδ with a low nanomolar Kd of 8 nM[1].
