ZnAF-1F is a potent fluorophore for with an Kd value of 2.2 nM. ZnAF-1F can be used as fluorescent probes for Zn2+ in cells. ZnAF-1F shows λ excitation of 489 nm and λ emission of 514 nm[1][2][3].
