DHODH-IN-25 (Compound 25) is an orally active dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 5.4 nM for human DHODH. DHODH-IN-25 can be used for the study of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) [1].
