(S) -NDT-19795 blocks NLRP3 activation by inhibiting NLRP3 ATPase activity, thereby reducing the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β and IL-18. (S) -NDT-19795 can be used in the study of neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, and autoimmune diseases[1].
