Selaginellin I can be isolated from Selaginella tamariscina (Beauv.) [1]. Selaginellin I is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
