DTX3L protein is an E3 ubiquitin protein ligase that cooperates with PARP9 in DNA damage repair and antiviral responses. It monoubiquitylates histones (H2A, H2B, H3, H4), especially “Lys-91” of H4, possibly signaling additional modifications. DTX3L Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived DTX3L protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.
