VEGF165, Human (CHO-derived) Recombinant
Recombinant human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) 165 expressed in CHO cells. Human VEGF exists in multiple molecular variants and are named based on the number of amino acids they contain. VEGF165 is the most common form of VEGF.

Endotoxin
Endotoxin level was found to be < 0.1 ng/µg (1 EU/µg), using the LAL gel clot method.
Purity
> 95%, as determined by SDSPAGE and HPLC.
Reconstitution
Briefly centrifuge the vial, followed by reconstitution in distilled water to a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml. This solution can then be further diluted into other buffers containing carrier protein (0.1% BSA) .
