3-Deazaneplanocin (DZNep)
3-Deazaneplanocin was synthesized as an inhibitor of S-adenosylhomocysteine hydrolase. It is an analog of adenosine and inhibits S-adenosylhomocysteine hydrolase through competing with the substrate, adenosine.
