Spike S1 RBD (K417T, E484K, N501Y), Avi-His-Tag (SARS-CoV-2) Recombinant
Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein, RBD (Receptor Binding Domain) encompassing amino acids 319-541. This protein corresponds to the RBD of SARS-CoV-2 Variant P.1, originally discovered in Brazil, and contains the three mutations K417T, E484K and N501Y. It also contains a C-terminal Avi-Tag™ followed by a His-tag (6xHis) . The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
