Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein, RBD (Receptor Binding Domain) encompassing amino acids 319-541. The protein is fused in C-terminal with the Fc fragment of human IgG1 followed by an Avi-Tag™. The protein was enzymatically biotinylated using the Avi-Tag™ and affinity purified.
