The Spike S1 RBD (SARS-CoV-2) : ACE2 Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is designed for screening and profiling inhibitors or neutralizing antibodies of the interaction between the Spike S1 RBD and human ACE2. This kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with recombinant purified ACE2 (amino acids 18-740), purified Spike S1 RBD (amino acids 319-541), HRP-labeled antibody, and assay buffers for 100 reactions. The assay requires only a few steps. First, SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1 is coated on a 96-well plate overnight. After washing and blocking, the protein is pre-incubated with an inhibitor or neutralizing antibody. Upon subsequent incubation with ACE2, the plate is treated with HPR-labeled antibody followed by addition of a HRP substrate to produce chemiluminescence, which can be measured using a microplate reader capable of reading chemiluminescence.This product has beencited 15 times.
