BCMA:APRIL[Biotinylated] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit
The BCMA:APRIL [Biotinylated] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is designed for screening and profiling molecules that block the binding between BCMA (B-cell maturation antigen) and APRIL (proliferation-inducing ligand) . This kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with enough recombinant human biotin-labeled APRIL (amino acids 105-250), human BCMA (amino acids 1-54), streptavidin-HRP, and assay buffer for 100 reactions.Figure 1: Illustration of the mechanism of BCMA: APRIL [Biotinylated] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit.A 96-well plate is coated with BCMA protein. After coating and blocking, APRIL is added in an optimized assay buffer. Unbound APRIL is washed away, and the plate is incubated with a streptavidin-HRP. Finally, ELISA ECL substrate is added to produce chemiluminescence that can be measured using a chemiluminescence reader. The chemiluminescence signal is proportional to the efficacy of BCMA binding to APRIL.Need us to run inhibitor screens or profile your compounds against BCMA:APRIL[Biotinylated]?
