CD137[Biotinylated]:CD137L Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit
The CD137[Biotinylated]:CD137L Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is designed for screening and profiling inhibitors of CD137 (also known as 4-1BB) :CD137L (also known as 4-1BB ligand) interaction. This kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with biotin-labeled CD137 (amino acids 24-186), purified CD137L (amino acids 50-254), streptavidin-labeled HRP, and assay buffer for 100 binding reactions.Figure 1. CD137[Biotinylated]:CD137L Inhibitor ScreeningAssay Kit schematic.A 96-well plate is coated with CD137L protein. After coating and blocking, biotinylated CD137 is added in an optimized assay buffer. Next, unbound biotinylated CD137 is washed away, and the plate is incubated with streptavidin-HRP. After a final wash, ELISA ECL substrate is added to produce chemiluminescence that can be measured using a chemiluminescence reader. The chemiluminescence signal is proportional to the efficacy of CD137 binding to CD137L.Need us to run inhibitor screens or profile your compounds against CD137[Biotinylated]:CD137L?
