DYRK2, Human (GST)

DYRK2 is a multifunctional serine/threonine protein kinase that complexly controls multiple cellular processes, including the mitotic cell cycle, cell proliferation, apoptosis, cytoskeletal organization, and neurite outgrowth. DYRK2 operates downstream of ATM to phosphorylate p53/TP53 at the “Ser-46” site, leading to DNA damage-induced apoptosis.
