Anemarrhenasaponin Ia, isolated from Anemarrhenae rhizome, inhibits N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine (fMLP) -induced superoxide generation. Anemarrhenasaponin Ia is an useful anti-inflammation reagent[1].
