Competes with GATA4 for binding and activation of the FGF3 promoter (By similarity) . Represses Wnt/beta-catenin-stimulated transcription, probably by targeting CTNNB1 to proteasomal degradation. Binds the DNA sequence 5'- AACAAT-3'.
