Applications Notes
Further information: Integrin alpha 4 antibody can be used for the detection of Integrin alpha 4 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Despite its predicted molecular weight, Integrin alpha4 will often run at higher molecular weight in SDS-PAGE. Antibody can also be used for immunoflourescence starting at 2 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
