UNSPSC Description
DBCO-acid is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of ADC linker DBCO-NHS ester (HY-115524 and HY-115545), and agent-linker conjugates DBCO-PEG-MMAE (HY-111012 and HY-126690)[1]. DBCO-acid is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups[1].
