MicroMolar Copper Assay Kit

This product includes 100 ul of 1000 x MCA dye and 30 ul of 1 mM CuCl2. It is for 1000 assays using 384-well plates (30 ul of sample volume) or 300 assays using 96-well plates (100 l of sample volume) . Cuvettes may also be used for measurements. The kit also provides a 1 mM CuCl2 solution for standard curve.
